Service Providers
DepthNote3D uses Firebase for authentication, database, and hosting services. DepthNote3D also uses Stripe for payments and billing-related processing.

Retention
Retention of generated export files depends on the access level attached to the export:
- Free users: no retention.
- Users with qualifying purchases: up to 24 hours.
- Pro users: up to 7 days.
- Commercial users: up to 30 days.
DepthNote3D may also retain limited operational records, billing history, and account data as needed to operate the service, investigate issues, and comply with legal obligations.
Security and Limitations
DepthNote3D uses reasonable service-level safeguards, but no system can guarantee complete security. Data may be lost, deleted, or become unavailable because of technical failures, downtime, or third-party service issues.
Outputs are generated automatically. DepthNote3D does not manually review each upload or output before processing or delivery.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for the content you upload and for ensuring you have the rights or permission to use it. DepthNote3D does not monitor uploads and is not responsible for user content.
