These Terms of Service govern your use of DepthNote3D. By creating an account, uploading content, generating outputs, purchasing credits or plans, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms.
Service Description
DepthNote3D is a software service that lets users upload images and automatically generate depth maps and 3D model outputs using algorithms. No human is involved in the generation process.
The service is intended to help users create relief-style 3D assets, but results are generated automatically and may vary depending on the source image, settings, and system conditions.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for all activity that occurs through it.
DepthNote3D may suspend, restrict, or permanently ban accounts at any time, with or without prior notice, if we believe the account is being used in violation of these terms, applicable law, or service limits. Users may use Support to appeal a ban.
Payments and Credits
All purchases are final and non-refundable except in cases of duplicate charges or system or server errors affecting the purchase or credited service.
Accidental purchases are not refundable. If the service fails because of a technical or server issue, DepthNote3D may refund the affected purchase or credits. No additional compensation will be provided under any circumstances.
Credits are a digital usage unit inside the service. Credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, are not refundable once successfully used, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be deducted when generating depth maps or exporting models.
If a generation or export fails due to a verified technical or server issue, the affected credits may be refunded. Successfully used credits are non-refundable.
User Content
You are fully responsible for all images, files, and other content you upload to DepthNote3D. You must have all rights, permissions, or licenses necessary to use that content and to create outputs from it.
DepthNote3D does not monitor uploads and takes no responsibility for user content, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal claims arising from uploaded material.
Ownership and Commercial Use
Users own the generated models produced from their lawful uploads, subject to any rights that may still exist in the original source material.
Commercial use of generated outputs is allowed only when the account has a valid commercial subscription. A paid credit pack, free plan, or other non-commercial access level does not by itself grant commercial rights.
DepthNote3D may use generated outputs, including models, previews, and related images, for marketing, promotional content, and demonstrations. This does not transfer ownership of those outputs to DepthNote3D.
Storage and Availability
Export retention depends on the access tier attached to the export:
- Free users: no retention.
- Users with qualifying purchases: up to 24 hours.
- Pro users: up to 7 days.
- Commercial users: up to 30 days.
The service is provided on an as-is basis. DepthNote3D may fail, go offline, respond slowly, or lose data. Outputs may not meet expectations, and no guarantee is made regarding accuracy, completeness, quality, or fitness for any purpose.
Disclaimers and Liability
DepthNote3D provides automatically generated outputs and does not guarantee perfect results. The service produces the best result it can from the provided inputs and settings, but no perfection or specific outcome is promised.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DepthNote3D is not liable for any damages, losses, business interruption, loss of profits, lost data, or other issues arising from use of the service. If the service fails, your only remedy is a refund of the affected purchase or credits, when applicable.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid to DepthNote3D for the affected service or, if you paid nothing, zero.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DepthNote3D from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and legal costs arising from your use of the service, your uploaded content, or your violation of these terms.
Changes and Enforcement
DepthNote3D may update pricing, features, service limits, or these terms at any time. We may provide notice of major changes, but continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
We may investigate abuse, take protective action, and restrict access to preserve the security, reliability, and lawful use of the service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any dispute arising from or related to DepthNote3D or these terms will be handled in the courts of Cyprus.
