This Refund Policy explains when DepthNote3D may issue refunds for purchases or credits.
Overview
All purchases made through DepthNote3D are final and non-refundable unless this policy specifically says otherwise.
Eligible Refunds
Refunds are only considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate charges.
- System or server errors affecting the purchase or credited service.
- Verified service failures where the affected purchase or credits could not be properly used.
If the service fails, DepthNote3D may refund the affected purchase amount or the affected credits, depending on the issue.
Non-Refundable Purchases
Accidental purchases are not refundable. Completed and successfully delivered purchases are not refundable simply because the user changed their mind or was dissatisfied with the result.
Credits
Credits are a digital usage unit inside the service. Credits have no real monetary value, are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for money, and are non-refundable once successfully used.
If a generation or export fails due to a verified technical or server issue, the affected credits may be refunded.
Compensation Limit
No additional compensation will be provided under any circumstances. If a refund is approved, the refund of the affected purchase or credits is the only remedy.
